Looking Long Term
Rob Thibault
Sit down, let’s have a little chat. While we do technically often work by night, we aren’t what you might consider a “fly by night” operation. And by that, we mean that we are in this for the long run!
With a crew of over 60 technicians spread out across the Fraser Valley to deliver the most efficient service to our clients, our goal is to become the most efficient plowing and de-icing operation in the lower mainland!
How do we do that? We’ve shared about the various tasks that go into making us the most responsive folks in the business. Let’s recap, shall we?
We share quick tips to equip and empower our customers. (Did you know what the difference is between salt and traction grit? Do you know what microclimates are?)
We share our story. (Every customer is treated like a member of the TBO Snow & Ice Management family and we want you to know the story behind the company you choose to trust.)
We use state of the art plows.
We help our clients become prepared.
We don’t keep our knowledge to ourselves.
We monitor the weather. We herald the arrival of certain weather fronts. (Hello La Nina!)
Oh, and because we’re all about delivering personalized service, we thought we’d return to this important post introducing you to the team.
